About Corezen Health
Corezen Health is a private nurse-led preventative health screening service founded by a registered nurse with over a decade of clinical experience across hospital, community and referral triage settings.
We were created to give people more time, clearer explanations and easier access to health screening outside of a rushed appointment setting.
Many adults are living with outdated health readings, unexplained fatigue, stress, menopause symptoms, raised blood pressure, raised cholesterol, or other risk factors that may not be fully explored until problems such as stroke, heart disease and diabetes become harder to manage.
Our focus is early awareness, education and practical next steps.
Corezen Health operates within clear professional boundaries. We provide screening, education and signposting, not diagnosis, prescribing or emergency care. This means our service is designed to support your understanding and help you take appropriate next steps with your GP or relevant healthcare professional where needed.
Our aim is to help you better understand your health, recognise areas that may need attention and feel more confident taking proactive steps towards your wellbeing.
We are based in Swindon and support clients across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds and surrounding communities, including Highworth, Fairford, Lechlade and Cirencester.
Corezen Health offers confidential, evidence based screening with you in mind.
Our Vision
To create a future where adults are supported to understand their health earlier, take informed actions and feel confident navigating their own health and wellbeing, regardless of background or access to services.
Our Values
Why choose Corezen Health?
More than a quick health check. Corezen Health gives you time, clarity and a personalised written report, so you can understand your results and leave with practical next steps.
Our nurse-led appointments look at blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol, fatigue, stress, menopause concerns and lifestyle factors together, rather than treating each reading in isolation. Where appropriate, your report can include GP signposting and discussion points, helping you feel more prepared, informed and confident about what to do next.
Professional Integrity
We practise within our scope, follow evidence based guidance and uphold the standards of the Nursing and Midwifery Council at all times.
Prevention and Early Awareness
We believe early health awareness supports better outcomes and helps reduce avoidable deterioration.
Clear, Honest Communication
We explain health information in plain English, with transparency about what our services can and cannot provide.
Safety and Accountability
We prioritise safe practice, appropriate signposting and timely advice when concerns are identified.
Respect and Inclusion
We provide care that is respectful, non-judgmental and accessible, recognising that health needs and barriers vary across communities.
