Workplace Health MOTs
A Workplace Health MOT is a confidential nurse-led wellbeing screening session delivered at your workplace.
Employees receive key health checks, clear explanations and a tailored wellbeing summary or report depending on the selected package. Employers can receive anonymised workforce wellbeing insights where included.
Corezen Health goes beyond basic readings and result slips. We combine nurse-led screening with tailored employee wellbeing reports and anonymised workforce insight for employers.
This means employees receive practical next steps, while employers gain broad wellbeing themes and suggested focus areas without seeing individual employee results.
Corezen Health offers three workplace MOT levels:
- Essential — BP, pulse and BMI screening with a tailored employee summary and basic workforce insight.
- Comprehensive — fatigue, stress and wellbeing review with personalised wellbeing reports and workforce wellbeing insight.
- Enhanced — cholesterol screening, expanded wellbeing review and enhanced workforce insight.
Additional upgrades can be added depending on the needs of your team.
Depending on the package selected, sessions can include:
- Blood pressure, pulse and BMI screening
- Cardiovascular wellbeing discussion
- Fatigue, stress and recovery review
- Cholesterol lipid screening
- Diabetes screening upgrade

Confidentiality & Employer Reports
No. Individual employee results remain confidential between the employee and Corezen Health.
Employers do not receive personal health information. Where included, employers receive anonymised workforce wellbeing themes and suggested focus areas only.
Depending on the package selected, employers may receive an anonymised workforce wellbeing overview highlighting broad themes such as fatigue, stress, cardiovascular wellbeing awareness, menopause support needs or suggested wellbeing focus areas.
The employer report is designed to support wellbeing planning, not to identify individual employees.
Employees receive a tailored wellbeing summary or report depending on the selected service level. This may include key readings, explanations, practical next steps and GP signposting where appropriate.
Employee information is handled confidentially and in line with UK GDPR and professional nursing standards.
Individual health information is not shared with employers. Any employer insight is anonymised and focused on broad wellbeing themes only.

Results & Follow-Up
You will receive your readings during your appointment with an explanation of what they mean. Depending on the service booked, you will also receive a written summary or tailored wellbeing report.
For workplace sessions, employees receive their own individual summary or report. Employers only receive anonymised themes where included in the package.
If a result is outside the expected range, the nurse will explain the result clearly, check for any concerning symptoms and follow the Corezen Health escalation pathway where GP, NHS 111 or emergency advice may be needed.
Corezen Health provides screening and education only. We do not diagnose, treat or prescribe.
We do not contact your GP directly as routine practice. If your results suggest you should seek GP advice, we will provide you with a written summary that you can share with your GP practice yourself.
