Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Corezen Health services
General Questions
Corezen Health is a nurse-led private health screening and education service. We provide accessible non-invasive preventative health checks including blood pressure monitoring, cardiovascular health screening, fatigue screening and lifestyle education.
We are not a diagnostic or treatment service. We help you understand your current health status and signpost you to appropriate NHS services when needed.
All screenings are conducted by a registered nurse who is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and holds appropriate professional indemnity insurance. Our clinician follows the NMC Code of Professional Standards.
We operate a mobile service and hire clinical rooms in community locations across Swindon, Highworth, Fairford, Lechlade, Cirencester and the surrounding Wiltshire and Cotswolds area. This allows us to bring healthcare directly to you, with your exact appointment location confirmed at the time of booking.
All venues are carefully selected to ensure privacy, cleanliness and clinical safety.

No, we are a private service. However, we align our practice with NHS health priorities and guidelines and we will signpost you to NHS services (GP, NHS 111 or emergency services) where appropriate based on your screening results.
No, you do not need a GP referral to use our service. You can book directly with us. Our screening does not replace regular GP care and we encourage you to remain registered with your GP practice.

Yes. Corezen Health offers private blood pressure checks in Swindon with no GP referral needed. Our Essential Health MOT includes a blood pressure measurement, pulse and heart rate check, BMI and a written summary, all carried out by a registered nurse.
Appointments start from £25 for a single check. We also serve clients across Highworth, Fairford, Lechlade, Cirencester and the surrounding Wiltshire area. Book online at www.corezenhealth.co.uk or call 01793 677 313.
Persistent tiredness and low energy are among the most common health concerns, yet they are rarely fully addressed in a standard GP appointment. Our Health MOT + Fatigue Review is specifically designed for people experiencing tiredness, stress, poor sleep or low energy.
A registered nurse will carry out a structured fatigue questionnaire, review your sleep patterns, stress levels and lifestyle, then provide a personalised written summary and education plan to take away with you.

Results & Follow-Up
You will receive your results during your appointment with a full explanation of what they mean. You will also receive a written summary in person at the end of your session to take away with you.
If any of your screening results fall outside the published reference range, we will:
- Explain the reading clearly in plain language
- Check for any urgent symptoms (red flags)
- Advise you to contact your GP for further investigation
- Provide you with a written summary to share with your GP
Corezen Health provides screening and education only. We do not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Your GP is best placed to investigate further and provide any treatment if needed. We will not make the referral ourselves, so you will need to contact your GP directly.
We will not contact your GP directly. If your results suggest you should see your GP, we will provide you with a written summary at the end of your appointment. You can then share this with your GP practice yourself.
This ensures you remain in control of your health information and can discuss the results with your GP in your own time.
Yes. We offer follow-up screening appointments to repeat your measurements, discuss your progress and update your personalised lifestyle guidance. These can be in person or remote depending on your needs. Please contact us to book a follow-up session.
This depends on your age, health status and lifestyle. Generally, healthy adults may benefit from annual blood pressure checks and periodic cardiovascular screening. Those with existing health concerns or lifestyle risk factors may benefit from more frequent screening appointments.
We can provide personalised recommendations during your appointment based on your individual circumstances.
